We offer competitive compensation aligned with experience and skill level. For qualified crew members or specialized trades, pay reflects expertise. As a growing company handling large commercial builds, we provide steady work, clear scheduling, and long-term projects that offer stability.
WHAT JOBS ARE AVAILABLE?
We typically seek experienced carpenters, metal-stud framers, drywall & finish-out crews, project foremen, and site support staff. For qualified candidates, expect a brief interview (on-site or phone), followed — for those selected — assignment to an active project under supervision. Our leadership (owner, project managers) stays hands-on, so you’ll always know who you’re working with.
